After your session, we carefully select and professionally edit the best images. Within 2-3 weeks, you'll be invited to our studio for a cinematic viewing session where you'll see your photographs and choose your favorites. Digital files are delivered within 5 business days after your order, while custom albums and artwork typically take 3-4 weeks for production.

During your session, we typically capture 50-100 images. From these, we carefully curate and edit 30-40 of the very best shots for your viewing session. The final number of images you receive depends on your chosen package, but most clients typically select 15-25 favorites for their collection.

We welcome outfit changes and encourage 2-3 different looks during your session. Our studio is equipped with changing rooms and mirrors. While we provide some basic props, you're welcome to bring meaningful items that personalize your session. We'll discuss all these details during your consultation.

Absolutely! While we have a state-of-the-art studio, we also offer location photography. We have several preferred outdoor locations around Sydney that provide stunning backdrops, or we can shoot at a location of your choice. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

All our packages include high-resolution digital files with personal printing rights. However, we strongly recommend ordering prints and albums through our studio to ensure the highest quality. Our professional lab uses archival-quality materials that far exceed consumer print quality.

Booking is easy! Simply click the "Book Your Session" button or contact us directly. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due on the day of your session. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, though maternity and newborn sessions should be booked several months ahead.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Rescheduling is complimentary with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your session are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. Last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days) may forfeit the deposit, but we handle each situation with understanding and flexibility.
